DMCA Policy
Monaco Estado Ajuda is committed to respecting the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. This DMCA (Digital Millennium Copyright Act) Policy outlines our procedures for addressing alleged copyright infringement on our platform.
It is our policy to respond to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement and is accessible via the Monaco Estado Ajuda service, please notify our designated copyright agent as set forth in the DMCA.
Filing a DMCA Notice of Infringement
To file a DMCA notice of infringement, you must provide a written communication that includes substantially the following:
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed: Provide sufficient detail, such as a URL to the original work or a specific description of the work.
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing: Provide the specific URL(s) or other location(s) on Monaco Estado Ajuda where the material is located that you claim infringes your copyright. This must be specific enough to allow us to locate the material.

Filing a DMCA Counter-Notification
If you believe that material you posted on Monaco Estado Ajuda was removed or access to it was disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification with us. Your counter-notification must be a written communication that includes substantially the following:
- Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled: Provide the specific URL(s) or other location(s) on Monaco Estado Ajuda where the material appeared before it was removed or disabled.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury: A statement that "I have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled."
- Your name, address, and telephone number.
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction: A statement that "I consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which my address is located, or if my address is outside of the United States, for any judicial district in which Monaco Estado Ajuda may be found, and I will accept service of process from the person who provided notification under subsection (c)(1)(C) or an agent of such person."
- Your physical or electronic signature.
Please send your DMCA counter-notification to our designated copyright agent through our contact page, clearly indicating that it is a DMCA counter-notification.
We may provide copies of such counter-notifications to the copyright holder to inform them of your objection. We may restore the removed material or cease disabling access to it within 10 to 14 business days following receipt of the counter-notification, unless the copyright holder files an action seeking a court order to restrain you from engaging in infringing activity related to the material on Monaco Estado Ajuda.
